Our
TEAM LEADER
and in-depth industry experience on brand strategies, marketing operations,
sales and wholesale distribution with leading multinational companies.
Prior to this, Ryan served as the Senior Brand Manager of Diageo Malaysia for seven years,
playing a key role in driving the process of building the brands under the Johnnie Walker Ultra
Prestige category. Under his leadership, the brands advanced tremendously including
Singleton of Glen Ord has grown to be the leading No.1 Single Malt in Malaysia
and JW XR21 emerged as the fastest-growing blend in Diageo portfolio. Continuing the focus
on brand differentiation, product value and market presence, together with
his core team in Diageo, Ryan managed to increase the sales volume and grow profitability
steadily, steering the brands to become market leaders in the luxury spirit segment.
Ryan started his career journey in Jose Cuervo to manage the Malaysia and Vietnam markets.
He moved on to Dynamic / Fortier to lead the marketing efforts for Patrón
and Two Fingers.
As the Managing Partner of Zeye Able, Ryan is responsible for the execution of strategic
business direction as well as overseeing the operations and development of Zeye Able.
